Balance insufficient or other voice message when dialing

Zoiper does not playback voice messages on errors. If you do hear a voice message, the account settings in Zoiper are most likely fine, but something else is wrong.

 

These are most common reasons for a voice message playing when dialing out:

  • You do not have sufficient balance

Please contact your voip provider or PBX administrator.

 

  • The format of the phone number is wrong

Please try with a different prefix or with our without international format. If that does not help, lease contact your voip provider or PBX administrator. 

 

 The number you are trying to dial is busy or temporarily unavailable

  • Please try again later.

 

The provider or PBX is having technical issues

  • Please try again later or contact your voip provider or PBX administrator.
