For reliable activation through the Zoiper VDI (Activation Provider) on MS Azure, "accelerated networking" must be enabled.
We are not entirely sure how the lack of "accelerated networking" prevents reliable activation, unless parts of the broadcast traffic is being dropped, however based on our user feedback enabling this feature will resolve the issues.
