Incorrect username or password

When you purchase a license for Zoiper Biz, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to activate Zoiper.

These are not the same credentials as used for connecting to your PBX or VoIP Provider.


The username is your email address.

The password is as mentioned in the original email sent to you.


If you are copy / pasting the credentials directly from the email, please try to type them manually. When you use copy / paste some empty spaces might be also copied.

You should also check for any symbols that you could have mistaken like for example "0" and the letter "O", the letter I and i.
