Zoiper BIZ license is per seat, not per user. You can only use one BIZ license on one PC. That way there is no need for a separate license for each user of that PC.
If you would like to use your Zoiper on your PC at work as well as on your home PC you would have to buy 2 BIZ licenses.
You have the opportunity to reset/reuse your Zoiper BIZ license up to three times.
You can find the instructions for successful resetting of Zoiper BIZ certificates under the “Reset Zoiper Biz certificates” section below.
Store your password and username securely.
You would have to use them for the upgrades you would receive.
Please note:
The licenses for different products and different OS are non-transferable (e.g. you can not change the OS of your licenses, nor change a Zoiper Classic for a Zoiper Communicator license).
Also there is no separate license for G.729 codec only. Customers who wish to take advantage of the G.729 codec must purchase a copy of ZoIPer Communicator BIZ or Zoiper BIZ with G.729.
In case of system failure/crash your BIZ license will become inactive.

Zoiper works with Windows 7 and terminal server 2008 R2.
Windows terminal server does redirect audio, but does not redirect the mic.
The only versions that redirect the microphone are 2008 R2 and Windows 7.
Everything below these does not redirect the mic.
The story with the clients goes the same:
The only client that works properly is Windows 7.
You can make XP 32bit and Vista receive and transmit the microphone input by using RDP client 7.
A patch is available from Microsoft.
It depends if Zoiper answers or offers the codecs. If Zoiper answers, it will always select the first codec from the offer which it supports.
For example:
If a server offers g729 and a-law in this order, Zoiper will honour the server's choice of g729, even if a-law has higher priority in Zoiper.
If Zoiper offers it will offer them in the order specified in its configuration. Still the server can decide to enforce g729 in which case Zoiper will honour it.
Zoiper does not control the codec selection.
Zoiper works on 64 bit windows, but since the plugin is 32bit it will not work together with a 64 bit Outlook.
The Outlook plugin is written in Delphi and unfortunately Delphi does not support the creation of 64 bit applications yet.
We are working on creating a 64bit plugin.
To make attended transfer please do the following:
1. Establish the first call;
2. put it on hold using the hold button;
3. establish the second call on the second line;
4. use the transfer button to transfer the call;
Now use the drop-down menu in the newly appeared window to select the first line or another person.
