Pick the version that you are willing to order and the payment method you chose. When making a purchase there are several things that you would have to mind about:
• If you intend to make a purchase exceeding 2500 Euro, you should contact our sales department.
• You would have to provide a valid e-mail address. You are going to receive your registration key, as well as updates, on it. You would also have to make sure that our e-mails do not get blocked by your spam filter or get redirected to your spam folders.
After you have successfully purchased your copies you will receive your license key by e-mail (your credentials).
IMPORTANT:
Please note, that customers with Idefisk 1.38 Biz will not receive a free upgrade to Zoiper 2.0 Biz. They must purchase a new copy of Zoiper Biz.
Also note that there is no separate license for g729 codec only. Customers who wish to take advantage of the g729 codec must purchase a copy of Zoiper 2.0 Biz with g729.
If you experience problems with making the purchase there are several possibilities:
• your order is not accepted;
• your credit card might not be accepted;
• your account might be empty;
• you might have exceeded your daily limit;
• you are trying to make a purchase bigger than 2500 Euro for the same day;
• if your browser freezes – the problem might be with your browser or your Internet connection
• you might have misspelled the details that the system requires
After you have successfully purchased your copies you will receive your license key by e-mail (your credentials) .
That e-mail will include a link, a username and a password. |
