To make a call with Zoiper 2.0 you will have to connect it to a VoIP PBX or at least you will need to have an account with one of the many Voice Service Providers around the world.

Zoiper Communicator RC1 offers you the opportunity to take advantage of VoIP, Video VoIP, FoIP and IM using your account with one of the many Voice Service Providers around the world.
You can also create an account with the Zoiper service and connect freely within your network of friends and business partners who are also using it.

All customers who purchase the RC version will receive a free upgrade to the stable release of Zoiper Communicator.

You can reset your Zoiper 2.0 Biz certificate(s) yourself. This is useful if you wish to use Zoiper 2.0 on a different PC. You can reset certificates up to three times.

IMPORTANT:

If you wish to use your Zoiper 2.0 Biz on a different computer, do not uninstall the application before resetting your certificate. If you do uninstall it without resetting your certificate, you must install it again, reset your certificate and then install it on a new computer.

In order to reset your Zoiper 2.0 Biz certificate, do the following:

1. Open Zoiper 2.0, right-click on it and choose About.
2. Click on the Reset certificate button.
3. Fill in your correct username and password and click on Reset.
4. Zoiper 2.0 will notify if your certificate was successfully reset.

Note that the Reset certificate function is only available for:
v.2.12 for Windows, v.2.03 for Linux and v.2.03 for Mac OS X versions and higher.

Just contact us and we will send you an e-mail with your new username and password. Once changed the credentials become applicable for all your certificates.

Zoiper Communicator RC1 BIZ and ZoIPer 2.0 BIZ will inform you as soon as there is a new release.

You will receive an e-mail with the link where you can download the newest version.

If you see the popup and you did not receive the automatic e-mail there are several possibilities:

•  you have changed your e-mail address or your e-mail address is not valid

•  you are a customer on contract

•  you have activated a spam filter that blocks our e-mails to you. Please add the e-mail address shop@securax.com in the “safe list” or mark it as “not junk”. You might eventually have to contact your ISP.

Contact us and if the problem is on our side – we will fix it.

Zoiper BIZ license is per seat, not per user. You can only use one BIZ license on one PC.

If you would like to use your Zoiper on your PC at work as well as on your home PC you would have to buy 2 BIZ licenses.

In case of system failure/crash your BIZ license will become inactive. Please contact us and we will reactivate it.

If you change your PCs quite often you would have to buy enough licenses to cover all your PCs.

Per-seat licensing allows you and all the people who use the same PC to use a single BIZ license. That way there is no need for a license for each user of that PC.

Securax Ltd. gives you the opportunity to reset/reuse your Zoiper 2.0 BIZ license up to three times.
You can find the instructions for successful resetting of Zoiper 2.0 BIZ certificates under the “Reset Zoiper 2.0 Biz certificates” section above.

Store your password and username securely.
You would have to use them for the upgrades you would receive.

IMPORTANT:

The licenses for different products and different OS are non-transferable(e.g. you cannot change the OS of your licenses, nor change a Zoiper 2.0 for a Zoiper Communicator license).
Also there is no separate license for G.729 codec only. Customers who wish to take advantage of the G.729 codec must purchase a copy of ZoIPer Communicator RC1 BIZ or Zoiper 2.0 BIZ with G.729.

You can use and distribute the customized Zoiper FREE unlimitedly as long as you do not resell it.

For Zoiper BIZ – there is per/seat fee applicable, unless your specific case requires unlimited BIZ license.

You don't have to pay for new customization again. Once you have become an OEM customer you could upgrade to a newer version by just paying the upgrade fee. That way you also have the freedom to choose which version you would like to upgrade to.
