Zoiper Web supports the following audio codecs:

 

  • iLBC30
  • u-law
  • a-law
  • speex
  • GSM

 

Whis is G.729 not supported?


Zoiper Web does not support g729 as it requires third-party licensing fees and should be licensed per seat.
Per seat licensing is logically not possible with web-driven applications.
However, you can use Speex, which is substitute for g729.
