What is DTMF?
DTMF tones are sent when browsing voice menus. Ask your VoIP provider which DTMF type to use with your account.
Change the default DTMF type to be used:
Run Zoiper for Android -> open Configuration -> Accounts-> select the account in question -> scroll down to Features .
Select the DTMF type recommended by your provider.
