SIP 404 - Not found. error means that the server could not find the extension (or number) you have dialed through the softphone.
This is usually due to either:
- a wrong prefix (try adding or removing the international prefix or use + instead of 00 or vice versa);
- or the number does not exist.
We suggest that you contact your VoIP service provider and ask them why you are seeing this error message.
