How to request an (VAT) Invoice?

Purchase of Desktop licenses from www.zoiper.com

 

During check-out the website asks if you want an invoice.

Clicking on the red button will show an extra input field form to provide company details and VAT number.

The invoice will then be send together with the license information via an automated email message from our system. Do please check your spam / junk folder just in any case, sometimes these automated messages are being filtered and transferred there.

 

Please note that due to European tax legislation, only VAT numbers validated by VIES will be accepted.

If you accidentally did not include the VAT number but require a VAT invoice, please contact us at sales@zoiper.com

 

Purchases through iTunes, Google Play or Windows Store.

 

The respective app store is responsible for all purchases and invoices. Please contact the respective app store for assistance.
