The Zoiper Branding Manager and dedicated team create flexible budget-friendly customization options made to fit the most demanding financial and functional communication requirements.

The branding implies customization of Zoiper’s interface and features prior to the delivery of the integrated softphone build. It consists of three main aspects:

• Graphical changes
• Settings
• Functionality changes

The Graphical changes are modifications related to Zoiper’s GUI (Graphical User Interface) and all its components. Some of the most common graphical modifications we deliver are:

• re-branding Zoiper – replacing Zoiper’s brand, logo and name with the customer’s, while keeping Zoiper’s standard look and functionality
• re-branding Zoiper; fitting Zoiper’s color scheme to the customer’s company-specific colors; adding, modifying, and removing buttons, menus, and fields
• we often integrate custom designs on Zoiper’s engine

The Functionality changes are feature-related modifications which come closely with the customer’s preferred pre-settings.
Some of the most common functionality modifications and settings we apply are:

- adding Balance display to Zoiper’s interface – allowing Service Provider’s customers to instantly check their account balance
- locking Zoiper to the customer’s service
- adding restrictions to certain features or disabling them
- building Zoiper’s features around the customer’s custom design

The branding involves:

• selecting a product
• selecting a release version of the product
• selecting a skin/graphic modifications
• selecting the preferred languages
• selecting the related pre-settings

Branding flow

Planning stage The Customer provides a description of the preferred result from the graphical, functional and settings customization. In the case of custom design – a mockup or a detailed description is required. Based on the provided requirements the Zoiper team will assist the customer in choosing the product that would best suits the customer’s needs and budget. This stage also includes setting of the approximate delivery date.

Customization implementation process

During the Customization implementation process we will crate BETA builds which we will then communicate with the customer and ensure that all requirements are met. If needed, quick adjustments will be made.

Reception of the customized Zoiper

After ensuring that the build meets the customer’s planned specifications we will produce a final build.
